This is the we can cook time. In this time we make royal stir-fried rice cake. This food is made to prince and princess as their dessert. It's also called soy source Tteokboki. This is not spicy at all so it's really good for the children.

This week: Royal stir- fried rice cake
Ingredients: mushrooms, onion, squash, white tteok(rice cake)
soy source, sesame oil, oligosaccharides
1. Put tteok into boiled water.
2. After boiled mix with soy sauce and sesame oil.
3. Slice mushrooms, onion and squash.
4. Add cutted mushrooms, onion, squash shoots and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Put tteok into the frying fan and stir-fry with vegetables.
6. Mix soy source, sesame oil and oligosaccharides and then put into the frying fan.
7. Continue to cook & stir until the spices are fragrant.
8. Put food on a plate.
