41st hostel. This is the 30th we can cook time.
I would like to talk about Korean traditional cuisine. There are lots of types for
"Jeon" (a.k.a. Korean pancake), it's one of the food that reminds us
when it's
raining. I'd like to introduce our hobak jeon
(pumpkin pancake) ingredients
Ingredients
pumpkin, cooking oil, salt, flour,
egg
Vinegar soy sauce : 2 tablespoon
of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar and sesame seed
Method
1. Trim and wash the pumpkin.
2. slice pumpkin as a half centimeter.
3. sprinkle salt on pumpkin.
4. coat the pumpkin with flour and
dredge the coated pumpkin through the egg wash covering both sides.
5. When the fan gets heated put the
pumpkin.
6. Flip it to other side.
In my experience, eat the Jeon before
it get's cold. You eat it right after it's cooked. Let's eat together~ :)
