I made Kimchi pancake last Saturday.
I brought my mother's Kimchi which is well-aged about a year.
Let's make it!! ~~~~
Ingredients : Kimchi, onion, flour, water, oil
1. Chop the onions into size of 1 inch.
2. Chop the kimchi
3. Mix the flour, buchim garu and other ingredients with adequate amount of water. The mix shouldn’t be too watery or too thick
4. Heat the pan and add enough oil. When the oil gets hot, scoop the mix and spread it on the pan
5. Cook both sides until it turns nice yellowish orange. Now the kimchijeon is ready to serve.
next we can cook time I'm going to make "Fried Tofu Rice Balls"
