How was the last weekend?? Korea is getting clod ㅜㅜ
Anyway~ Let's start WEcanCOok hh
This is 45th we can cook time!!
It's called sanjeok, Korean (shish) kebab!!
* Ingredients: 150g Ham, crab stick, sweet pickled radishes, Songi mushroom and scallion, sauce (Soy sauce 3 Tbsp, Garlic 3 cloves, Sesame oil 1 Tbsp, Sugar2 Tsp, Black pepper t.t )
<How to cook>
1. Cut every ingredients into 5cm long.
2. Put on the pen and to grill with egg.
3. Make a sauce with soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sesame oil, crushed sesame seeds, black pepper, and sugar.
It's tooooo easy, isn't it? :)
OK~ next time I'm goona cook gimbap!!
