It's ever so cold now in Korea.
So, I was agonizing for some days, what is the perfect food for keeping warmth
after that I finally decided to cook fish cake soup.
Ok~ let's go to the next part~
* Ingredients : fish cakes 350g, white radish 150g, Welsh onion, anchovy 10g, kelp, Soy Sauce
<How to cook>
1. Bring water to a boil.
2. Put the anchovies and seaweed in boiling water.
3. After 20 minutes, remove from anchovies and boiled kelp.
4. Put the boiled fish cakes inside boiling water.
5. Add some soy sauce.
6. Top with welsh onion serve.
See?! It's not hard to make it~!! enjoy, too~!!
Next time I will cook Sweet Pumpkin Porridge.
