It is too cold outside. So I choose Sweet Pumpkin Porridge!! yeah~~ :)
It is like a meal in itself and good for diet.
Yummy~ Yummy~
Try to resist the cold winter season as a good pumpkin porridge and to catch a cold.
Shell we go to the next part!!
* Ingredients : Sweet Pumpkin 300g, glutinous rice flour 2T, Water 5T, a dash of salt
<How to cook>
1. Wash Sweet Pumpkin, cut it in half.
2. Pre cook the Sweet Pumpkin in micro wave for about 10 minutes on high.
3. Take out it and remove peel.
4. The Sweet Pumpkin in a blender and process until smooth.
5. Add water and bring to a boil.
6. Put glutinous rice flour in the pot.
7. Season well with salt.
Finally, I have got a Sweet Pumpkin Porridge!! :D
