This is 56th wecancook at studio41st hostel in seoul.

Hi everybody! This is Evy, the manager of #Studio41st #Hostel #Guesthouse
Today I’m going to show you how to make #Dakgangjeong, a Sweet and Sour Chicken.
Many #Korean people usually like eating the #fried #chicken with beer.
For an example : After work, when they take a rest at home, at the meeting, for a late-night snack,  particularly when they are watching soccer tournament and etc.
If you love fried chicken, I strongly advise you to try this recipe.
Oh~  I'll be having a fried chicken with beer tonight. :)

* Ingredients: raw chicken 500g, (Pepper, minced garlicsugar, salt) 1/2sp, (Sesame oil, sugar, flour ) 1sp, starch 3sp / minced garlicsugar 1sp, (oil, Pepper oil) 7sp, corn syrup 6sp, Korean hot pepper paste 3sp

(How to cook)
1. Pick the meat off a bone.
2. Cut into size 5mm.
3. In large mixing bowl with slide the chicken, Pepper 1/2sp, minced garlicsugar 1/2sp, salt 1/2sp, Sesame oil 1sp, sugar 1sp ; mix until well blended
4. Marinate for 20 minutes.

5. Bring minced garlicsugar 1sp, oil 7sp, Pepper oil 7sp, corn syrup 6sp and Korean hot pepper paste 3sp in a pan to boil over medium heat.
6. Add flour 1sp and starch 3sp, in the No4, mixing well after each addition.
7. Shape into round loaves.
8. fry No7 in oil, 2 times
9. blending No5 and No8
