This is 57th wecancook at studio41st hostel in seoul.

Hi guys~
I am Evy, #studio41st #hostel's manager. It snowed today in #Seoul. Yeah~ But it didn't stick.
In this time, I made Rolled Omelet with cheese. We call that "Gyeranmari ".
It is very basic Korean egg side dishes and usually used as a side dish for school lunch boxes.
Ok~ Let's start!!!

* Ingredients:
6 large eggs, ½ ts salt, 1 ts pepper, ½ chopped medium size onion, ½ chopped carrot, green onion, 4 pieces of cheese.vegetable oil.

<How to cook>
1. Chop the onions, carrot and green onion finely.
2. Add ingredients to eggs mixture.
3. Drain and place in shallow pan.
4. Roll the egg, toward the end of cooking time, add cheese.
5. Roll it up


Next time I will cook a "potato salad".
