Hi~ guys
How are you doing today? The weather is changing for the better. Spring is approaching.
Now, I will show you one of the Squid dishes, that I cooked for our guest at #studio41st #hostel.
Korean people love the Squid dishes. People eat squid in various ways. I cooked spicy grilled squid.
If you and your family like squid and spicy food, it makes for a great side dish with rice at dinner.
It’s not a dish you eat alone, you share it with friends, the more the merrier, usually with makgeolli or soju.

* Ingredients : 1 large squid, 1 tsp minced garlic, ½  tsp minced ginger, 3 tp hot pepper paste, 3 tp rice syrup or corn syrup, 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 tsp sesame seeds, 2 chopped green onions

* How to Cook
1. Clean the squid - Cut off the innards from the head & tentacles. Then split open the head with a Y-shaped cut, spreading it open to gain access to the eyes and beak. remove them.
2. Place the clean squid and tentacles on the cutting board.
3. Make the sauce
Combine garlic, ginger, hot pepper paste, rice syrup, mustard, and soy sauce in a bowl.
4. Grill the squid - Heat up a grill pan over medium high heat and add a few drops of vegetable oil.
5. Cook for 1 minute until the bottom looks firm and opaque.
6. Turn them over and cook for another minute.
7. Add some sauce on top of the squid and cook about 2 minutes.
8. Plate and serve.

Our guest relished to eat all it~
Next time I will cook the stir-fried fish cake.
I hope to see you again next #wecancook time~
