Hi~ guys

In this time, I cooked Stir-fried Fish Cake. (Eomuk-bokkeum).

It is one of the most popular Korean lunchbox side dishes

All Korean kids love this dish and me also!! :)

* Ingredients:

Mixed fish cakes, Broccoli, Onion, Paprika, Soy souce, starch syrup, water, mash garlic, pepper

* How to cook

1. Heat up a frying pan over medium high heat.

2. Add 2 teaspoons vegetable oil and the sliced broccoli, onion and paprika.

3. Add fishcakes.

4. Add Souce ( Mixed 2tsp Soy souce, 1.5tsp starch syrup, 1.5tsp water)

5. Add sesame oil, some sesame seeds over top.

6. Serve with rice.

Next time I will cook the street toast.
