Hello~ This is Evy, the manager of studio41st hostel.

This is 42th we can cook time!!In this time I cook Radish rolls.

 It is a good way, when you should be cooked quickly and for some visitors who come home.

Have some with steak and barbecue.

Ingredients: 350g pickled radish paper, 1 Red bell peppers, 2 Eggs, 1 Cucumber, Ham

<How to cook>
1. Wash and julienne a Red bell peppers, Cucumber and Ham.

2. Make fired eggs and slice it.

3. Arrange all the ingredients onto the radish paper

4. Roll the radish paper and decoration

next time, we are going to cook Tofu with Stir-fried Kimchi!!

"Winter comes"

Hello, everyone!!
This is Liam, night manager of Studio41st.

I'll let you know surprising news :)
It snowed for the first time this winter in Korea !!!
This means that the season is changing from autumn to winter :)) lol

I think many people really like winter except someone hate intense cold. :((
Because It's possible to have a snowball fight with friends, enjoy the snowy scene and go skiing!!
(Especially, I love to go skiing :)) )

If you visit our hostel during winter, our staff are quite willing to help you enjoy this season.
Also, we will link between guests and ski resorts if guests want it.

Korean winter will last till next March.
