Hello, everyone!
This is Liam, night manager of Studio41st.

We decorated the hostel for coming halloween!!!
Daisy who is one of the managers made all of the halloween decorations by herself!!

Chocolate from Chinese girls :D [Qiong Hu and Chou Ying]

We can cook 39th. -Kimchi Bokkeumbap-

Hello~ This is we can cook time!!! Today, I cook Kimchi fried rice. This simple, simple dish is super, super tasty. It’s just a few ingredients, but it’s a dish much loved by Koreans. Many Koreans like to put a fried egg on top, so I will do that version. You don’t need to prepare much in advance for kimchi bokkeumbap if you have kimchi and rice on hand. But, I put some onions and hams. It just depends on what you have in your regregiater. Let's start!!

Ingredients:
2 bowls steamed rice , 1 cup chopped kimchi, 1 onion, Little piece of hams, 1 sheet of kim, 1 egg

Directions:

1. chop the kimchi, onions and hams.
2. Heat up a pan. Add the vegetable oil.
3. Add the kimchi, onions, hams and stir fry for a while
4. Add rice, kimchi juice, and little of salts. Stir all the ingredients together for about 7 minutes with a wooden spoon.
5. Add butter and remove from the heat.
6. Sprinkle with roasted gim and put the fried egges. Serve right away.

It's so easy!! isn't it!! Kimch is very useful food in many ways. Next time, I'm going to cook rice balls. would you expect it?? See you next time~~!!

What kind of Korean food is your favorite?

Hello my friends :)
This is M of Stdio41st!

Do you like Korean street foods?
I like street foods and when I travel other country, I usually enjoy the street food :D
So, I will make you to be hungry today!

Basically, the best season of Korean street food is winter.
Why I posted this now? this is not even winter yet?
Because today is so cold and it makes me to remind about the Ddeokbokki with some fries and broth.

I'm so excited to eat in cold weather! That's the best thing I like in winter. <3

Passionate French girl : Guerin!

Hello everyone ~ :)
This is M from Studio 41st!

Look at this girl, her name is Guerin from France.
Like other tourists, she loves Korea so much and Kpop.
And she asked me how can she meet the Koreans,
because she want to make lot's of korean friend!

Even her mom loves K-pop so she is going to buy K-pop stuffs for mom :) So lovely daughter and mom!

She was so impressive because she was so talkative and passionate about Korea.
I hope she can live in Korea someday as she wanted!! :)

Studio 41st's night :)

Night of Studio41st!!

Today I want to introduce Studio's night :D.
Because people doesn't know that we have great rooftop garden!
After your day trip, you can enjoy a couple of tea on the roof top and the 1st floor :)
Both places are good for drinking tea and relaxing.
What about spending time with the moon and stars on the roof top?

And, guess what we will have on the 1st floor!! :D
I will tell you guys when it's done! :)

He prepared a cake and flower for his wife :) So sweet! Isn't it?

They tried to have surprise party for her! but,, it's busted... before started...
Anyway even if it was busted, they had great time :)

I tried to sing a birthday song for her but I just taught them Happy birthday in Korean!

Happy birthday again and hope you had great moment in here!

How are you?
This is M from Studio 41st!

The autumn is coming, getting cold sometimes! :)
So, today I want to introduce Korea's palaces of autumn!

1, Deoksu-gung street.
2, Kyeongbok-gung
3, Changdeok-gung.

These palace has different shape in each season!
And my favorite season is autumn.
Why? because it's beautiful!

Studio 41st Guests, Sze chung Kwan

Hi~ this is M the night manager!

I always wished, people travel everywhere in Korea!
and this two woman has visited country side even just two of them!
What a brave women!?

They went Yang-gu and Gang-neung, east side of Korea.
I don't know what made them to travel so far away,
but I'm pretty sure they are amazing people!

Hope to see this women again!

1st Box 1 Racing in Han river!

Hi, everyone :)

Can I ask one thing?

Do you think a paper can be floating on the water?
Even the paper boat?

If you asked to me, I would answer "YES"!

Because I know this festival on this saturday in Han river :)

It's known because of a T.V show, so people held this festival.

People will cross the Han river taking a paper boat which they made them self.

Isn't it sounds interesting?

I wanted to join this exotic festival! but I'll just watch this festival and join next year!

Would like to go and go there?
