Hello, everyone!
This is Liam, night manager of Studio41st.

We decorated the hostel for coming halloween!!!
Daisy who is one of the managers made all of the halloween decorations by herself!!
Its really assume :))

If you will stay in our hostel during halloween, you can enjoy it :)

Kitties new en suite house :D !

Hi, how are you everyone? :D

This is M again!

Seoul is raining since yesterday and getting cold cold cold.
And out kitties looks so cold...
That's why I made this!
It's not completed yet, I have to make it more but at least they have new house can avoid from wind :D

We can cook 39th. -Kimchi Bokkeumbap-

Hello~ This is we can cook time!!! Today, I cook Kimchi fried rice. This simple, simple dish is super, super tasty. It’s just a few ingredients, but it’s a dish much loved by Koreans. Many Koreans like to put a fried egg on top, so I will do that version. You don’t need to prepare much in advance for kimchi bokkeumbap if you have kimchi and rice on hand. But, I put some onions and hams. It just depends on what you have in your regregiater. Let's start!!

Ingredients:
2 bowls steamed rice , 1 cup chopped kimchi, 1 onion, Little piece of hams, 1 sheet of kim, 1 egg

Directions:

1. chop the kimchi, onions and hams.
2. Heat up a pan. Add the vegetable oil.
3. Add the kimchi, onions, hams and stir fry for a while
4. Add rice, kimchi juice, and little of salts. Stir all the ingredients together for about 7 minutes with a wooden spoon.
5. Add butter and remove from the heat.
6. Sprinkle with roasted gim and put the fried egges. Serve right away.

It's so easy!! isn't it!! Kimch is very useful food in many ways. Next time, I'm going to cook rice balls. would you expect it?? See you next time~~!!

Indie Road Festival

Hello, everyone

This festival is being held around Hongdae St. for three days(26 - 28 Sep)
There are so various concerts about music, dance and somthing like that.

As you know, Hongdae is one of the most famouse place in Korea.
Because The road in Hongdae is full of youth, passion and culture.
That's why this festival is "Indie Road" !.
From Hongdae station to Sangsu station will be a festival road!

Passionate French girl : Guerin!

Like other tourists, she loves Korea so much and Kpop.
And she asked me how can she meet the Koreans,
because she want to make lot's of korean friend!

Even her mom loves K-pop so she is going to buy K-pop stuffs for mom :) So lovely daughter and mom!

She was so impressive because she was so talkative and passionate about Korea.

2014 Itaewon Global Village Festival.

So they celebrated by themselves and invited me :)

One rainy day of Kitties.

How can you spend time in a rainy day?
Yesterday Seould was rainy and our kitties spent lazy and sleepy day.
Look so comfortable, right?

They never moved for few hours and just slept.
I didn't know that kitties are sleeping so much!

Studio 41st's night :)

Night of Studio41st!!

Today I want to introduce Studio's night :D.
Because people doesn't know that we have great rooftop garden!
After your day trip, you can enjoy a couple of tea on the roof top and the 1st floor :)
Both places are good for drinking tea and relaxing.
What about spending time with the moon and stars on the roof top?

And, guess what we will have on the 1st floor!! :D

Good bye Summer~~~ Hello Autumn~!!!

Hello, This is Sam~!!

what is your favorite season?

The autumn season in Korea is between September and November.

The weather is cool and crisp, and the sky is blue with few clouds.

Autumn is also a season of beautiful falling leaves.

Ginkgo trees and maple trees change their hues to yellow and crimson throughout Korea.

During this time, Koreans love to go hiking in the mountains to enjoy the picturesque landscape created by autumn leaves.

Kumusta Ka? This is what I learned today!

Hi everyone!! This is M! :)

Ok, so I've learned Tagalogue from this guys!

I talked with them and they said this is first time in Korea :)
So? I tried to teach few Korean words but they already knew that!

And they taught me some Tagalougue :)
First, "Kumusta Ka" which means "How are you?"
and then "Paalam" means "Good bye"!

Thanks for teaching me!
I promise, if I meet Filipino, I will greet in Tagalogue!

Hwaseong(Fortress) - Suwon city.

Hi, everyone :)

This is M the night manager of Studio41st!

I want people know about Korea,

so I will introduce about tourists every tuesday!

Today's place is Hwa-seong(Suwon city).

This fortress has built in 1796 ordered by King Jeong-jo.
And also Hwaseong is registered on Unesco in 1997,
because when it was building, JeongYakyong(Architect) used lots of new architecture skill.
So it was supposed to build in 10years but it's finished in 34months.

And they have parade every year for King Jeonjo.

1, Deoksu-gung street.
2, Kyeongbok-gung
3, Changdeok-gung.

These palace has different shape in each season!
And my favorite season is autumn.
Why? because it's beautiful!

Even if you are not interested in old palaces, how about enjoy walking and seeing maples in autumn?
